RESIDENTIAL CARE WORKER
Care Workers are fully trained by Arcus to provide loving, quality to care to clients. Being a caregiver with the Arcus community is a job that skills that we can carry with us throughout our lives. Once accepted, our staff receive paid classroom training in all related areas. The training then moves outside the classroom to our service units, where you begin to meet the clients.
BEHAVIOUR INTERVENTIONIST
Arcus provides safe and home-like environments to individuals living with Autism and challenging behaviours. The homes are specialized for the individuals based on their needs.
