Edward goes above and beyond in everything he does. His attention to detail and his warm and friendly demeanor are just some of his greatest attributes. Edward is a great mentor and takes time to ensure his staff feel supported and respected. He upholds the highest standard of care when supporting the clients at Van 1.

Forward-thinking, diligent, motivational and hard-working are just a few words that describe her. Sammy-Jo doesn’t shy away from a challenge. Many have come to rely on her to help navigate through difficult situations.

She is a team player who goes above and beyond for the clients and staff at CAE. Lynne can always be counted on to lend a hand to anyone in need. She has amazing organizational skills and her attention to detail is exemplary.

Residential Caregiver and Behaviour Interventionist
Currently Tammy works as a Behaviour Interventionist at South Surrey 2. Her experience and knowledge of both medical and behaviour support contribute to her being a valued member of SS2’s team. She provides respectful and dignified care, always ensuring that clients have the best quality of life.

VEERINDER MANN
Residential Caregiver, Community Access East and acting Team Leader
Supportive, compassionate, caring and inviting are words that describe her. Veerinder is always willing to jump in and help out whenever and wherever needed. Her kind and loving approach to client care is a shining example of Arcus’ Philosophy.

Team Leader, Community Access West, Surrey
Toni creates a warm and welcoming environment for her team and clients at CAW. She is able to manage a large team while keeping calm and having a sense of humour. Her top priority is always ensuring that the clients she serves have a wonderful experience while at CAW.

VIVIAN SHANDEL
Team Leader, Residential Care, Newton Place, Surrey
Clear communication, organized, goal-focused, respectful and kind are words used to describe Vivian’s leadership style. She creates a warm and inviting atmosphere at Newton Place and we often hear that this site is a favourite of new hires.

RIKI BELL

Riki is a dedicated RCW who has a loving, patient, calming approach to client care. She is an exceptional trainer who makes all new employees to Arcus feel welcomed and supported. She brings positive energy and fun to her worksite.

Trustworthy, reliable, dependable and hardworking describe this experienced Team Leader. Cat has stepped up to assist with mentoring new Team Leaders with a caring and patient approach. Cat has an eye for detail, ensuring that her home and paperwork are kept in meticulous order.
